Yen-Ming Lai (Spencer), producer and creator at TaiwanPlus, began his career as a visual director, working with major broadcasters in Taiwan. With a strong background in directing, he has produced and directed several internationally recognised documentaries. He currently oversees non-drama content at TaiwanPlus, managing projects from development through post-production and release.
