Homme Tsai is the Chairperson of the Taiwan Creative Content Agency, TAICCA, and board member of the Taiwan Music Center, TMC.
Before joining TAICCA in March 2023, he was the Chairman of NMEA Taiwan New Media and Entertainment Association from 2017 with his previous experiences in gaming, comics, advertisement, and new media industries.
In NMEA Homme actively served as an advocate for the development of Taiwan’s original content and integrated resources for the content industry. In addition to his close relationship with the new media and entertainment industry in Taiwan, Homme has constantly built up global connections and collaboration with international streaming platforms, such as Netflix, Disney+, and some official organizations and private TV/Film companies in South Korea.
Homme also served as the CEO of Coture New Media, the Chairman of YNK Taiwan, and the CEO of Wayi International Inc..
現任文化內容策進院董事長，現任臺北流行音樂中心董事。經歷涵括漫畫、遊戲、廣告、影視、新媒體、國際娛樂產業等，曾經引領臺灣選秀風潮、創下超高收視率的《星光大道》、《天團星計畫PLAN-S》，以及多部網路影劇作品《深藍與月光》、《可惡！把我的青春還給我》、《富錦街上的那些故事》等，皆由其監製。
近年於擔任「臺灣新媒體暨影視音發展協會（NMEA）」理事長期間，掌握國內影視產業內容開發、製作、銷售及資金問題，並與國際影音串流平台 Netflix、Disney+及韓國官方、民間影視機構等建立良好互動關係。
