Fotini is a leading member of the Asian and International media industries, with 30 years of experience in the global content space specialising in both creative & commercial. Fotini has been instrumental in building the formats industry across Asia and has been involved in 400+ content deals throughout the region. In her role as Managing Director of Endemol Shine Group, she created local superbrands such as Masterchef, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, Fear Factor, The Bridge and Humans, built properties such as Idols, Got Talent and X Factor as Head of Content for Fremantlemedia Asia and ran a content fund as Global Managing Director for The Story Lab (Dentsu Inc). She is now focused on creating and identifying Asian inspired IP to scale internationally. She moved to Asia in 1995, and is currently based in London and Singapore
