Prior to joining COL, he held leadership roles at international tech giants including Meta, AWS, and Twitter, where he spearheaded numerous AI technology implementations, product developments, and applications, accumulating extensive experience in global business expansion and cross-domain resource integration.
Enoch joined COL due to his forward-looking vision for the transformative potential of “AI+content” integration. The company’s deep foundation in the digital content ecosystem, along with technological advantages such as its self-developed Xiaoyao LLM, provide an ideal platform to fuse technical innovation with creative execution.
