Nam Young-ah currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at OVER THE HAND, leading global business development for the Vtuber platform MASCOZ, including management support.
Nam has overseen business development and support at leading Korean game companies such as NHN and Line Games. She successfully negotiated contracts for the Korean services of Capcom’s Monster Hunter PC online service and Love Live, among others. Additionally, she managed the Japanese service of Shiftup’s Destiny Child at Stairs Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of Line Games.
At Line Games Korea, Nam collaborated with Japan’s KOEI to spearhead the joint development and business of Uncharted Waters Origin, working with many Japanese game companies to promote online and mobile games between Korea and Japan.
Drawing on her extensive experience in the gaming industry, Nam is now preparing to expand MASCOZ as a global platform in the Vtuber industry and to develop virtual IP-based businesses within the entertainment industry.
